Billing & refund policy
Last updated November 5, 2026 · Operated by Raw Guild Studios LLC
This page explains how Cloud Catalogue subscriptions are sold, renewed, cancelled and refunded. Cloud Catalogue is operated by Raw Guild Studios LLC.
1. Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. Raw Guild Studios LLC provides and operates the Cloud Catalogue software.
2. Plans and renewal
- Studio $12, Wholesale $39 and Growth $79 USD per month. Sales tax or VAT may be added or included depending on your location; checkout shows the exact total before you pay.
- You're charged when you subscribe, then every month on the same date, automatically, until you cancel.
- Before checkout you confirm the price, the monthly renewal and these terms. Paddle emails your receipt and a link to manage your subscription.
- While a subscription stays active, its monthly base price doesn't increase. If you switch plans, the new plan's price is shown before you confirm.
- Upgrades start immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
3. Cancelling
Cancel any time online from your Account page in Cloud Catalogue, or through the Paddle portal at paddle.net (also linked in your receipt email). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Cancelling is not itself a refund. After your plan ends your account becomes view-only — your catalogs are kept, and you can still download your account data or ask us to delete it.
4. Refunds
First payment. If Cloud Catalogue isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment at paddle.net or by emailing hello@cloudcatalogue.co. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
Later monthly payments are generally not refunded once that month has started. Refunds may still be given where the law requires (for example statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in some countries), where the service was materially defective or not provided as described, or where Paddle approves a request under its Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law that can't be excluded.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it and will email you. While payment is outstanding or after the subscription is cancelled for non-payment, paid features pause and your account becomes view-only; your data isn't deleted.
