Three steps
Your first buyer-ready catalog
1. Add your products
Start blank or import a CSV. SKU, product name, MSRP and wholesale price are required for import. MSRP is the suggested retail price; wholesale is the unit price offered to buyers. Use numbers in USD, without currency symbols. MOQ is the minimum quantity per product; it defaults to 1. Give each size or color its own unique SKU and row. Optional columns: Size, Color, Case Pack (units per case — buyers then order in multiples of it), UPC (kept as text, so leading zeros stay) and Lead Time. To update an existing catalog, download its CSV from the Import tab, edit it and import it back — you'll see every change before it's applied.
Download example CSVThe 10 rows are illustrative, not your inventory. Replace them before importing. Match columns, review errors and confirm the import. Upload product photos separately: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB for signed-in accounts.
2. Check the layout & PDF
Add your brand name, season and order contact, then choose a layout and US Letter or A4. The preview is the same file you download, so check prices, photos and any warnings there. On Wholesale and Growth you can also add your logo, a brand color and a font pairing; Studio uses Cloud Catalogue's design. PDFs support accented Latin letters, Greek and Cyrillic. Other scripts, such as Chinese, Arabic or Hebrew, and emoji aren't supported yet and are flagged before you download. Very long fields may be shortened, also with a warning.
3. Send it to buyers
On any plan, download the PDF and send it by email or print it. On Wholesale and Growth you can also open Share and create a private buyer link once your catalog shows as saved. Anyone holding that private link can view wholesale prices and submit a request without an account. Check its expiry, copy it for your buyer and revoke it when no longer needed. Review incoming requests in Requests.
A request is not a paid or confirmed order. Confirm availability, shipping and final terms with the buyer yourself.
Need a page for just one product? Open the Sell sheets tab in any catalog to make a Product Spotlight sell sheet, available on every paid plan. How sell sheets work.
Saving your work
Signed-in catalogs save to your account; the one-time guest demo keeps its sample edits on that device only. If saving fails, keep your edits, retry or download your data. Restore earlier changes in History.
