A real Product Spotlight PDF, rendered with an illustrative product.

When one product deserves its own page

A full catalog is right when a buyer is reviewing your range. A sell sheet works better when you're launching a single product, pitching a bestseller to a new account, following up after a trade show, or answering a buyer who asked about one item.

It suits any wholesale category: a beverage or packaged food with case packs and barcodes, a skincare product with ingredients and sizes, a piece of jewelry, a candle, or an apparel style in several colors. Whether you sell one product or hundreds, every sell sheet comes from the same product list as your catalogs.

What goes on the page

Sell sheet questions

What is a sell sheet?

A sell sheet is a one-page document about a single product. It gives a retail buyer the reasons to stock it and the facts needed to order: photo, benefits, specifications, wholesale price, minimums and who to contact.

How is it different from a line sheet or catalog?

A line sheet lists many products compactly so buyers can order across a range. A catalog adds more imagery and story across many pages. A sell sheet focuses on one product, which suits a launch, a hero item or a buyer who asked about something specific.

If I change a price, do I have to update the sell sheet?

No. The sell sheet reads the price, SKU and other product facts from your catalog every time it's opened, so the next PDF you download uses the current values. PDFs you already sent don't change.

What if my text is too long?

Each field has a clear length limit shown as you type. If something won't fit on the page, you see a warning before downloading. Prices, SKU and ordering details are never dropped without warning.

Which plans include it?

Studio, Wholesale and Growth. Studio sheets use Cloud Catalogue's design and credit. On Wholesale and Growth they use your logo, brand color and font pairing if you've set them. Each catalog can hold up to 100 sell sheets.

Is it in the free demo?

No. The one-time demo covers the Atelier or Shelf catalog layout only.
